Mike is CEO and Founder of ConNEXTions, a sports foundation for talented athletes, guiding them to the next level in their college, professional or olympic sports careers. ConNextions was developed with a multifaceted approach that combines one-on-one guidance, advanced training techniques, mental sports performance sessions, wealth management and exposure to scouts and athletic programs. The company prides itself on creating personalized paths for success that consider each athlete's unique strengths, goals, and challenges. 

Mike is also CEO and President of Addition Building & Design Inc. which provides a  "One Stop Shopping"– 3D Architectural / Structural Renderings, Interior Design Services, Landscape/Hardscape Designs, Plans and Permits for New Construction and Remodeling Projects. Ross has been nominated by Qualified Remodeling Magazine, has been recognized with the “Top 500” award 8 times, and Houzz National Design & Service Award the past 10 years.
