After enlisting in the U.S. Navy at 18 years old, Philip Wheeler completed the SEAL Selection program with BUD/s class 313 and went on to complete three deployments throughout Africa and South America at SEAL Team Two and Special Reconnaissance Team Two. After leaving military service, Philip continued to find opportunities to serve the special operations community by joining 51 Vets, a non-profit dedicated to supporting special operations members transitioning into the financial service industry. Today, he is pursuing his MBA at New York University's School of Business while concurrently supporting the SEAL Future Foundation through coordinating quarterly social events for prior SEALs and industry professionals throughout the New York area. Philip's passion lies in not only support transitioning service members journey to the private sector but also displaying the unique value that this type of background can provide within the workforce.
