Mr. Pardi is and 4^th generation entrepreneur and is a recognized pioneer in the Fan Engagement segment supporting global sports clubs, leagues, and governing bodies.  

He’s core strengths surround CRM, digital campaigns, Board leadership, and designing 1^st Party Data Collection products. 

He is known for being a leader on fan data monetization strategies and is a frequently invited guest speaker at global sports technology conferences. With FanCompass, Mr. Pardi has built high-performance teams, developed a great culture of where risk meets innovation and is a passionate mentor to rising stars who seek to aspire in the sports industry. 

Mr. Pardi holds a BA in Finance from California State University, Chico, and an MBA from the University of San Francisco with a duel emphasis in Entrepreneurship and Finance.
