Jane Pak serves as CEO and Chair of IKIGAI Marketing Works, LLC. During her 25-plus year career, Jane has delivered results for various consumer product companies, non-profit  organizations, and U.S. government agencies. Her track record demonstrates expertise across multiple  organizational functions and performance areas of highly dynamic entities. She specializes in combining the power of agile operational efficiency, optimization offinancial infrastructure, culture-driven talent development, and building amazing teams that do extraordinary things.  

Jane is a member of the LoneStar Dallas Chapter of YPO, holds an MBA from the University of Southern  California Marshall School of Business, and currently resides in Dallas, TX. On the rare occasion she is not  working on expanding POOPH’s brand block or evaluating new product ventures, she can be found swinging  a golf club, casting a fly rod, skiing, riding motorcycles, or mushroom foraging mostly in the Sierra or Rocky  Mountain Ranges.
