From grassroots to the pros as a sports marketing executive, Christopher Rivers has influenced the decision making in the boardrooms of multiple sports brands. He has a proven track record for having an exceptional eye for identifying and developing relationships with basketball's iconic athletes for more than two decades.

He is recognized for overseeing some of the industry’s most iconic exposure grassroots basketball event properties such as ABCD Camp, RBK U All American Camp, Boost Mobile Elite 24, adidas Nations, adidas Gauntlet, and the Path. He also played a role as a brand athlete manager in the careers of NBA All-Stars, MVPs, and future Hall of Famers.

Currently, Rivers works at Excel Sports Management serving as the Sr. Director of NIL recruiting. At Excel, he identifies student-athletes beginning their journey towards professional basketball providing guidance to them and their families. In the Fall of 2023, he launched a leadership platform titled Chris Rivers RAPP
