Zach is a seasoned executive with a proven track record in real estate development, operations, and innovation within the hospitality and entertainment sectors. Expertise in scaling businesses, site selection, development, and concept innovation, with over $1.2 billion in transactions and development. Adept at launching new ventures, international expansion, and optimizing business performance. 

Before Goodsurf, Zach worked as the #2 on the development team when Topgolf had three venues, growing into the role of VP of Real Estate Development.
