Mark Stagen is a serial entrepreneur who has started and successfully sold several companies which have generated over $1 billion in combined revenues.

Mark is the Founder and Managing Partner of Crester, one of the fastest growing Executive Search firms in the nation. Crester is exclusively focused on the Accounting and Finance sector.

Prior to Crester, Mark founded Emerald Health Services, one of the largest healthcare staffing firms in the nation. Emerald provides healthcare staffing services to hospitals throughout the nation. Mark successfully sold Emerald to the private equity firm Webster Capital.

Prior to founding Emerald, Mark co-founded Telecore, a broadband technology engineering and design firm that architected, deployed, and maintained high-speed data networks nationwide. Mark successfully sold Telecore to Viasource Communications and he then assisted Viasource with their IPO. Prior to Telecore, Mark began his career as a real estate developer.

Mark also founded the Youth Business Alliance, a non-profit organization that works with High Schools in economically challenged areas to help educate, motivate, and inspire students regarding business, careers and entrepreneurship.

Mark has received numerous business and community awards including EY Entrepreneur of the Year and Inc. 500. Mark is actively involved in YPO and has served in many leadership roles including Chapter Chair and is the current Pacific Regional Chair. He is currently a National Judge for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year program.

Mark received his BA in three years from Yale University and was a member of the Yale Football Team and he is currently an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at the USC Marshall School of Business.
