Rhett Rosen is CEO of Trader Vic’s Worldwide and is responsible for all strategic development, brand innovation and leadership initiatives for the iconic restaurant group’s expanding portfolio. Rosen also oversees the continued growth of Trader Vic’s Mexican inspired brand, Señor Pico, with the recent opening of their new location in Dubai.

In his first three years as CEO, Rhett Rosen has expanded the company’s e-commerce business including their gourmet product line of cocktail syrups and sauces, branded merchandise, and their newly launched canned Mai Tai. He also led the opening of two new locations at the San Jose Airport and will openthe brand’s first beach club in Dubai later this year. Most recently, Rhett has entered the metaverse and is exploring the world of NFT’s all while navigating the global company through the COVID-19 pandemic.

Before being named CEO in April 2019, Rosen was the executive vice president and chief operating officer for Trader Vic’s, where he worked to shape and enforce organization policies, standards, and budgets for the company worldwide as well as analyzed future and current business opportunities by way of location scouting and selection for new operations.

Prior to Trader Vic’s Worldwide, Rosen served with VEEV Spirits in Beverly Hills where he began in 2013 as the Sales Operation and Business Development Manager. He moved on to become the Director of Sales Operations in 2015.

Born in Florida, Rosen is a graduate of the University of Central Florida where he earned his degree in Marketing and Business Administration. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate at Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center.
